How we handle projects...
We accept projects online,
directly via this website, and indirectly, through 3rd party advertising firms.
A project commences once a project proposal is received,
or an outline of customer requirements is conveyed to us.
The initial phase involves discussion of the particulars with the customer.
Emails are the most frequently used mode of interaction.
We also provide a live chat facility and an electronic ticketing system on this website.
Once the project requirements are properly conveyed,
and a time frame is agreed upon, a price quotation is forwarded to the customer.
On the customers' assent, our design team starts working on the project.
And a proof is provided to the client.
The advance payment, if/as negotiated, would be accepted at this stage.
We would continue development,
while being open to customer feedback,
and renegotiation based on change of customer requirements.
Once the project is completed,
a proof sent again to the client.
Final project files are released to the client,
once the final payment is received.
